UAT Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Optum Care Eligibility Team, the full-time remote UAT Analyst will develop and maintain operational documentation, design efficient processes, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for eligibility data changes and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures and process workflows
• Coordinate and execute UAT for member eligibility data, developing effective test plans and analyzing results
• Partner with business stakeholders to document current processes and design controlled future-state processes

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of eligibility operations experience
• 1+ years of experience with the Facets eligibility processing platform
• 1+ years of experience in developing operational documentation and UAT in an enterprise environment
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
