UAT QE Lead
Job Summary
To drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality governance, the onsite UAT/QE Lead will manage UAT strategy, execution, and readiness while collaborating with Business, Product, and Technology teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own UAT strategy, planning, execution, and readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios, coordinating stakeholder walkthroughs and defect triage
- Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring end-to-end traceability, documentation, and regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in QA, QE, software testing, or UAT leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Expertise in defect management and release readiness
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and continuous quality improvement practices
- Commercial Real Estate domain knowledge
