Job Summary
Leading UAT strategy and execution, the full-time UATQE Lead will manage business-facing testing initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality compliance while working onsite in Newark, NJ.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business-facing UAT strategy, planning, execution, and sign-off
- Translate product requirements into test scenarios and coordinate with business stakeholders
- Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvements
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in UAT coordination and testing processes
- Strong knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain
- Experience with data validation, integrity, and end-to-end data quality testing
- Proficiency in managing QA teams and resource planning
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies
