UGC Production Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and creative, the full-time remote UGC Production Specialist will manage end-to-end collaborations with user-generated content partners, including outreach, feedback, and content optimization for performance across social media platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of UGC partnerships, including identifying creators and maintaining relationships
• Provide constructive feedback to partners to ensure content quality aligns with brand guidelines
• Negotiate rates, usage rights, and licensing agreements with UGC creators

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in content production, social media, or UGC-related roles
• Deep understanding of UGC trends and enthusiasm for working with diverse creator communities
• Strong project management abilities for handling multiple collaborations and deadlines
• Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva) and CMS platforms (Aspire, Air)
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools to evaluate content success
