UI/UX Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading a small team of designers, the full-time UI/UX Design Manager will provide creative direction, mentor team members, and collaborate with marketing and engineering to enhance private label brand sites in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and actionable feedback to designers while maintaining high-quality design outputs
• Mentor and coach designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and alignment with brand goals
• Translate brand strategy into design priorities and facilitate communication between design, marketing, and development teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing effective brand storytelling through marketing or brochure sites
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and knowledge of front-end coding
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices
• No specific degree required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
