UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a 12-month contract, the UI/UX Designer will design and ship user interfaces for the consumer side of netgear.com, focusing on web components while maintaining consistency within an established atomic design system.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement UI across various web pages, from wireframes to developer-ready handoffs
- Maintain and extend the web design system, ensuring components are consistent and well-documented
- Utilize website analytics and consumer insights to inform design decisions and improve user experience
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products or marketing interfaces, preferably in e-commerce or consumer tech
- Proficiency in Figma, particularly with libraries, components, and documentation
- A strong portfolio showcasing web work with detailed reasoning behind design choices
- Understanding of front-end implementation and ability to design components for development
