UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
Combining exceptional design craft with deep Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise, the full-time remote UI/UX Designer will create and optimize high-performing ecommerce experiences, including landing and product pages, to enhance user engagement and drive measurable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize ecommerce experiences such as landing pages, product pages, and promotional campaigns
- Analyze user behavior using tools like heatmaps and A/B testing to identify friction points and improve performance
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing and development teams to ensure seamless implementation and continuous iteration based on performance data
Required qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design taste and experience in ecommerce design
- Proficiency in Figma for creating production-ready designs and scalable design systems
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and user behavior insights to enhance conversion rates
- Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, including visual hierarchy and mobile-first design
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a collaborative mindset
