UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
To create intuitive and efficient user experiences for complex financial applications, the full-time remote UI/UX Designer will design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and dashboards for enterprise financial applications
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to optimize complex transfer agency and fixed income workflows
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to identify user needs and enhance user experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in enterprise SaaS or financial services environments
- Strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and design systems
- Hands-on experience with usability testing and user research
- Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience designing data-rich applications and workflow-driven platforms
