UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
To support a technology-focused team, the temporary remote UI/UX Designer will influence long-range goals by generating creative solutions that enhance user experiences, from early product concepts through launch.
Key responsibilities
- Define, design, and document user-experience aspects of product interfaces, including screen layouts and navigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test designed interfaces while also working independently on documentation and troubleshooting
- Utilize AI tools in design workflows to enhance design system assets and ensure high-quality deliverables
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of end-to-end UX/UI product design experience with a portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, and polished UI for web and mobile
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining design systems, including components, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams
- 1+ year of hands-on experience using AI tools in design or development workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic/Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Optional certifications such as Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification or IAAP CPACC/WAS accessibility certifications are a plus
