UI/UX Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a UI/UX Developer to design and build intuitive, accessible interfaces for secure AI-enabled applications in a hybrid remote role, focusing on user-centered designs that meet accessibility standards and enhance user trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for AI applications, including responsive components and workflows, from research to production code
- Create AI-specific user experiences and ensure all interfaces comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 standards, performing usability assessments and testing
- Collaborate in Agile sprints with cross-functional teams, refining designs based on user feedback and maintaining documentation in approved repositories
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular
- Demonstrated experience with accessibility standards and usability testing methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments using Git and Jira
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and able to obtain a government background investigation
