UI/UX Lead
Job Summary
To support the GSAFleet.gov program, the full-time remote UI/UX Lead will manage user experience design by conducting research, creating user-centered solutions, and promoting consistent design patterns to enhance customer satisfaction and workforce productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research to document needs and pain points
- Create personas, journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for GSAFleet.gov products
- Conduct usability studies and recommend improvements based on user feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in user experience for large-scale software development projects
- Ability to undergo a Tier 2S Investigation and receive a favorable outcome
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
