UI/UX Lead
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried UI/UX Lead will serve as the senior user experience and human-centered design authority for the GSAFleet.gov program, focusing on creating intuitive digital products and improving customer interactions through research, design, and usability studies.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct research with users to document needs and pain points
- Create personas, journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for GSAFleet.gov products
- Conduct usability studies and recommend improvements based on user feedback and task outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in user experience for large-scale software development projects
- Ability to undergo a Tier 2S Investigation and receive a favorable outcome
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
