UI/UX Lead
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Lead, this part-time remote position will manage design strategy, mentor a team of designers, and integrate user needs with business goals throughout the product development process.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to define user-centered design solutions
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while continuously optimizing existing user interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and track UX metrics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work and process
- Experience leading client discovery sessions and workshops
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and design tools such as Figma
- Experience with Government clients is a must
