Job Summary
Leading the design of go-to-market tools and systems, the full-time remote UI/UX Lead will translate commercial strategies into cohesive user experiences, optimize Salesforce interfaces, and establish reusable design standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an understanding of user needs across sales and commercial functions, mapping workflows and identifying areas for improvement
- Lead the design and optimization of Salesforce Lightning pages and related systems to enhance user efficiency and reduce operational friction
- Establish and maintain a documented design system with reusable components and ensure alignment with business processes and platform standards
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or commercial systems design
- Demonstrated experience improving enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning and integrated sales technology environments
- Strong understanding of information architecture, workflow design, and usability testing
- Experience with design documentation, governance standards, and user guidance
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, CRM integrations, and design collaboration tools
