UI/UX Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the product design for client apps, the mid-senior UI/UX Product Designer will work remotely on a monthly retainer, collaborating with US-based founders and product owners to deliver clean, buildable specifications to engineering teams while managing the design process from discovery to handoff.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product UI/UX design for mobile and web applications, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to handoff
- Conduct client-facing design reviews and workshops, maintaining strong relationships while providing constructive feedback
- Create comprehensive design deliverables, including flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes, while building and maintaining design systems
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in designing production mobile and/or web products, with a portfolio showcasing full case studies
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and clean file structure
- Strong understanding of mobile and web design principles, including platform-specific considerations
- Familiarity with AI design tools to enhance workflow efficiency
