Job Summary
Independently leading research activities, the full-time UI/UX Researcher will focus on qualitative and quantitative UX research to enhance clinician interactions with medical imaging products, collaborating with product managers and developers to create intuitive user experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct UX research to understand user goals and challenges, providing insights that inform product and design decisions
- Synthesize research data into actionable insights, personas, and journey maps to influence product roadmaps
- Present findings and mentor less experienced researchers, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UX research with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in research tools such as Figma and UX research platforms like Dovetail or UserZoom
- Expertise in wireframing and prototyping, with knowledge of HCI principles
- Experience in planning and leading user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Strong communication skills for presenting research findings to diverse audiences
