UI/UX Researcher and Designer
Job Summary
To shape user interactions with medical imaging products, the full-time UI/UX Researcher and Designer will independently manage research and design processes, collaborating with product managers and developers to create intuitive experiences grounded in user research.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research to identify opportunities and shape product direction
- Design intuitive interfaces from concept to release, producing wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
- Present design and research findings to diverse audiences, facilitating alignment and quality through critique sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and UX research with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user research
- Strong knowledge of HCI principles and design best practices
