UI/UX Researcher & Designer
Job Summary
To enhance user interactions with medical imaging products, the full-time UI/UX Researcher & Designer will independently manage research and design processes, collaborating with product managers and developers to create intuitive experiences based on user needs and clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research to identify opportunities and shape product direction
- Design intuitive interfaces from concept to release, producing wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications
- Build trust with users through empathy and active listening, presenting findings and leading critique sessions to ensure alignment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and UX research with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and synthesizing user research findings
- Strong knowledge of HCI principles and design best practices
