UI/UX Researcher & Designer
Job Summary
To shape user interactions with medical imaging products, the full-time UI/UX Researcher & Designer will independently conduct research and design intuitive interfaces, collaborating with product managers and developers in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research to inform product direction and design decisions
- Design intuitive user interfaces from concept to release, producing wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
- Present design and research findings to diverse audiences and mentor less experienced designers and researchers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and research with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience in planning and conducting user research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Strong knowledge of HCI principles and design best practices
