Job Summary
To enhance the user experience for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program, the remote UI/UX Specialist will research user needs, design intuitive web interfaces, and collaborate with various stakeholders to translate complex workflows into accessible digital experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research to analyze needs and workflows, translating findings into user flows and prototypes
- Design and implement accessible web interfaces while establishing usability criteria and supporting user validation activities
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional web interfaces and meet accessibility standards
Required qualifications
- An active Secret clearance or higher
- A bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, design, computer science, or a related field
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX design
- Experience in planning user research and translating findings into actionable design recommendations
- Proficiency in developing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web interfaces
