Key responsibilities
- Spend approximately 80% of time as a hands-on engineer, designing and shipping production features
- Coach engineers across teams, supporting their career progression and providing actionable feedback
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to take features from problem definition to production
Required qualifications
- Significant professional software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript
- Previous formal people management experience, ideally managing engineers directly
- Experience building complex product interfaces in B2B SaaS or data-heavy environments
- Strong collaboration skills across Engineering, Product, and Design teams
