Job Summary
Supporting the in-house legal department, the part-time Contractor for UK Licensed Commercial Legal Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in contract management, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the London office.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contractual issues and provide guidance on contract terms
- Maintain an organized contract ticketing system, tracking milestones and deadlines for effective contract management
Required qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Contracts Counsel or Legal Counsel
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Proficiency in contract management software or tools
- Prior experience in ad-tech is a plus
