Job Summary
Supporting the European operations, the full-time Counsel, International (EMEA) will provide legal advice on healthcare regulations, e-commerce compliance, and market expansion while working in a hybrid environment based in London, Germany, or Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key legal advisor on day-to-day matters related to healthcare and pharmacy regulations in Germany
- Untangle complex regulatory challenges using first principles to build compliant legal frameworks
- Advise cross-functional teams on pharmacy regulations, telemedicine rules, and mitigate commercial risks
Required Qualifications
- Qualified attorney admitted to practice in the UK, Germany, or Ireland with approximately 5+ years PQE
- Experience in a top-tier law firm, tech company, or fast-growing digital health business
- Strong understanding of German and/or European pharmacy regulations and digital health laws
- Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers
- Ability to operate autonomously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
