Job Summary
Fluent in both English and French, the full-time remote UK Licensed Site Engagement Manager will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring effective site engagement and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring optimal use of services and resources
- Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive strategy and enhance portal utilization
- Monitor site utilization and proactively address any issues to maintain effective engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential
