UK Licensed Site Engagement Manager
Job Summary
Fluent in English and Italian, the full-time remote Manager of Site Strategy and Engagement will build and maintain relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring successful engagement and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clinical research sites to optimize the use of Scout services and the portal
- Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive strategy and enhance site satisfaction
- Monitor site utilization throughout trials, proactively addressing any issues that may arise
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is essential
