UKG Pro Consultant
Job Summary
To support an expanding client base, experienced UKG Pro Consultants will provide expert functional consulting, system configuration, and strategic advisory support for UKG Pro solutions in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of UKG Pro solutions
- Facilitate client discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into effective UKG Pro configurations
- Guide clients through system testing, issue identification, and resolution while maintaining project documentation
Required qualifications:
- Up-to-date UKG implementation certification for Talent, HR & Payroll modules
- Prior consulting or professional-services experience
- Experience with UKG Pro Core and understanding of how employee data supports Talent functionality
- Familiarity with structured implementation methodologies and project governance
- Experience supporting clients through implementation, post-go-live stabilization, or system optimization
