Job Summary
Leading architecture discussions and managing integrations, the full-time UKG Pro Solution Consultant will leverage over 10 years of HCM/HR technology experience to deliver solutions in a remote environment, focusing on UKG Pro, ADP, and Workday within complex enterprise landscapes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement HCM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms
- Oversee architecture governance and act as the design authority for enterprise, application, and integration architecture
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to lead discussions on technical architecture and security
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HCM/HR technology and enterprise solution architecture
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro in architecture or solution leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and UKG Pro functionalities
- Experience with integration design and data transformation, particularly with ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping
- Familiarity with HR data privacy regulations such as GDPR
