UKG Pro WFM Developer
Job Summary
To support the development and integration of UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions, the remote UKG Pro WFM Developer will design, configure, and troubleshoot modules related to timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance while managing integrations with HR and payroll systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop UKG Pro WFM solutions, including Timekeeping and Scheduling modules
- Manage integrations with HR, payroll, and third-party applications using various technologies
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting for integration issues and support production incidents
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in UKG Pro WFM and KRONOS-WFC & WFD-Cloud
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and SFTP
- Familiarity with ITIL/change-management processes
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
