UKG System Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise HR systems in a fully remote environment, the part-time UKG System Analyst will manage the UKG environment, coordinate with external partners to enhance HR workflows, and serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries while performing hands-on system administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner and system administrator of the UKG environment, ensuring effective configuration and functionality
• Lead collaboration with external consultants to evaluate and improve HR workflows, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Partner with internal stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend scalable solutions within the UKG system

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience administering UKG with strong knowledge of its functionality and configuration
• Background in HRIS administration combined with project or program management responsibilities
• Experience working with third-party vendors or consulting partners in a project delivery environment
• Strong understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding and employee lifecycle changes
• Ability to perform bulk data updates and system configurations within HRIS platforms
