Required qualifications
- University degree in international relations, political science, conflict studies, or a related field
- Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian
- Familiarity with Excel
- Experience conducting desk-based research
- Understanding of conflict dynamics in Ukraine and Eastern Europe
