Key responsibilities
- Analyze style guide and glossary updates to assess their impact on quality categories and content types
- Conduct regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish monthly quality digests
- Coach Reviewers and deliver training based on alignment data to improve review quality
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Localization Quality Assurance or related roles
- Direct experience managing client Language Managers and handling arbitration processes
- Practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks and quality audit processes
- Ability to analyze style guide changes and identify client expectations
- Native-level Ukrainian and professional-level English proficiency
