Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM Administration Coordinator Prior Authorizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to administration of utilization management
  • Provide non-clinical support for policies and procedures
  • Perform varied administrative and customer support assignments

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year healthcare office administrative experience
  • Experience with member service or customer service telephone
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proficient in electronic medical record and documentation programs
  • Experience in Utilization Review and/or Prior Authorization within a managed care organization
