Job Summary
A company is looking for a UM Administration Coordinator Prior Authorizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to administration of utilization management
- Provide non-clinical support for policies and procedures
- Perform varied administrative and customer support assignments
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum one year healthcare office administrative experience
- Experience with member service or customer service telephone
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proficient in electronic medical record and documentation programs
- Experience in Utilization Review and/or Prior Authorization within a managed care organization
