UM/UIM Adjuster - AL/GA/NC/SC

Job Summary

Working remotely, the UM/UIM Bodily Injury Adjuster - AL/GA/NC/SC will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate UM/UIM claims involving automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate the claims process
• Utilize innovative platforms to negotiate settlements and ensure fair outcomes for all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Experience handling UM/UIM claims, particularly in a represented or litigation context
• Strong understanding of automobile insurance coverage and liability assessment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools for customer and attorney interactions
• Residency in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
