Job Summary
Providing marketing, sales, and underwriting support for new and renewal self-funded clients, the full-time remote Underwriting Analyst will build relationships with stop loss carriers to enhance account retention and collaborate with internal teams and external brokers.
Key responsibilities
- Support marketing and underwriting efforts for self-funded clients, ensuring strong client relationships
- Collaborate with Client Management, Sales, and Claims to facilitate account retention and growth
- Engage with brokers and stop loss carriers to maximize renewal increases and regional expansion
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3-5 years of underwriting or RFP marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands from clients and internal staff
- Proven track record of effective teamwork and collaboration
