Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Underwriting Analyst will prepare credit analyses, review financial documents, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare credit analysis to support informed credit recommendations
- Review and analyze business bank statements, financial statements, and tax returns
- Structure and underwrite complex credit applications, adhering to underwriting guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in underwriting, credit analysis, lending, or banking
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to analyze financial statements, bank statements, and tax returns
- Understanding of credit underwriting principles
