Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Underwriting and Service Manager, this remote full-time role will oversee the underwriting and service operations, manage a team of client specialists, and enhance processes while ensuring a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the client specialists team, including hiring and training new members
• Perform end-to-end underwriting tasks and address service requests as needed
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for underwriting and client service processes

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in life insurance underwriting, case management, or a related operations role
• Experience in training, leading, or mentoring others
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and team members effectively
• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home office setup
• Comfortable working remotely and independently with proficiency in technology
