Underwriting Case Manager

Job Summary

Supporting producers and underwriting staff, the full-time remote Underwriting Case Manager will manage the application process from submission to finalization, ensuring accurate documentation and service expectations are met while coordinating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product/process support and addressing inquiries effectively
• Thoroughly review and verify the accuracy and completeness of applications, including premium handling
• Facilitate the workflow of complex cases, managing multiple tasks under pressure while meeting deadlines

Required qualifications

• Experience in customer service or case management requiring multitasking and collaboration with partners
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication
• Strong drive for results and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and flexibility to meet changing customer needs
