Underwriting Service Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a new product within the Executive Assurance team, the full-time remote Underwriting Service Specialist will manage policy issuance, file documentation, and underwriting transactions while collaborating with underwriters and corporate resources.

Key responsibilities

• Issue policies and endorsements, ensuring accurate file documentation and set-up
• Review account information for data entry and process various underwriting transactions and requests
• Coordinate services with other units and prepare reports as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in the same or related field preferred
• Experience in building workflows and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to analyze information and resolve issues effectively
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
