Job Summary
Utilizing customer service skills and various software applications, the full-time remote Underwriting Service Specialist will manage moderately complicated accounts, ensuring service delivery for policy issuance and processing underwriting transactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide service delivery for policy and endorsement issuance for moderately complicated accounts
- Review account information and ensure quality data reporting in appropriate systems
- Communicate with internal functions and brokers to serve as the key contact for assigned accounts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Insurance Designation preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge in WC, GL, Property, and/or Commercial Auto
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-directed with a sense of urgency and personal accountability
