Underwriting Support Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Underwriting Support Analyst will manage incoming calls from agents and customers, collect underwriting requirements, and support the issuance of individual life and health applications in a high-volume call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process new business applications to meet business objectives efficiently
• Utilize various systems and tools to support underwriting areas and ensure accurate information collection
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product/process support and maintaining clear communication

Required qualifications

• Strong customer service and call center experience
• Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry and Microsoft products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regular attendance
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
• Access to high-speed internet and residence in the United States or Puerto Rico
