Underwriting Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance the capabilities of the Underwriting Department, the full-time remote Underwriting Trainer will develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring a high standard of service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training programs focused on service excellence and technical knowledge
• Lead the onboarding process for new employees, introducing them to company culture and service standards
• Assess and measure training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback to enhance future initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum three years of training and development experience
• Proven remote facilitation skills
• Quality assurance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
