Designing and delivering specialized training in life, annuity, and health underwriting, the full-time remote Underwriting Trainer will implement career development programs and enhance employee engagement through effective training strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Apply best practices in curriculum design and delivery to align with industry and company requirements
• Develop measurable learning criteria for various levels of underwriting knowledge and technical expertise
• Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with management to enhance the learning experience

Required qualifications

• Six years of underwriting experience in the insurance/financial services industry
• Experience in underwriting training or project/process management in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging learning and development programs
