Unified Communications Engineer
Job Summary
Leading customer onboarding engagements, the full-time Unified Communications Engineer will manage the implementation of Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, and Webex Calling services, utilizing technical expertise in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer and partner onboarding, leading meetings and technical walkthroughs
- Provision and configure UC services, including user management and voice features, through iPILOT and administration portals
- Provide post-onboarding support, troubleshooting issues related to provisioning and platform configuration
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Phone or Webex Calling administration
- Direct experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support calls
- Proficiency in provisioning users, telephone numbers, and voice services
- Experience configuring telephony functions such as auto attendants and call queues
- Willingness to learn and develop proficiency across multiple UC platforms
