Job Summary
Supporting mission-critical communications infrastructure, the full-time Unified Communications Engineer will manage the day-to-day operation and administration of the Microsoft Teams Phone environment, ensuring reliable voice service for over 600 offices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational support and administration of the Microsoft Teams Phone environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice quality and call-routing incidents across various platforms
- Administer user provisioning, call routing, and maintain documentation for the Teams Phone environment
Required qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone (Direct Routing / Operator Connect) administration
- Proficiency in configuring user provisioning, call routing, and call queues within the Teams Admin Center
- Knowledge of troubleshooting voice quality and connectivity issues across SBCs and PSTN carriers
- Familiarity with Teams PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for configuration and automation
- Ability to monitor call quality and maintain documentation for operational procedures
