Uninsured Motorist Specialist
Job Summary
To support the growing Subrogation team, the full-time Uninsured Motorist Specialist will negotiate settlements and payment arrangements with uninsured motorists while working either remotely or on a hybrid schedule at the Bloomington, IL headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiating payment plans, settlements, and account resolutions
- Communicating with claimants, insured parties, attorneys, adjusters, and other stakeholders
- Investigating claims and evaluating recovery opportunities
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Professional, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity
