Upstream Resiliency Leader

Job Summary

Leading the development of a multi-layer upstream resiliency framework, the full-time Upstream Resiliency Leader will identify and mitigate supply risks while ensuring cross-functional alignment in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and scale an upstream resiliency framework across portfolios, prioritizing high-risk components
• Own end-to-end mitigation strategies for identified risks, translating them into actionable plans
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve gaps and improve decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Program Management in complex global environments
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional programs with Engineering, Planning, and Supplier Management
• Strong knowledge of supply risk drivers and experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
• Demonstrated ability to build governance models, KPIs, and executive reporting
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
