Job Summary
To support a global, remote-first employer, the full-time U.S. Licensed Employment Attorney will provide expert legal advice on employment law matters, act as a strategic partner for the Talent team, and build scalable legal frameworks while managing high-pressure situations.
Key responsibilities
- Providing expert advice on various aspects of employment law, focusing on U.S. matters while supporting global issues
- Acting as a strategic partner for the Talent team and building scalable legal frameworks
- Leading pre-litigation employment matters and maintaining subject matter expertise in evolving areas of global employment law
Required qualifications
- A J.D. or LL.B and a license to practice law in any U.S. state
- Significant employment law experience, ideally with a background in both law firm and in-house settings
- Experience managing high urgency, sensitive matters with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions quickly
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in legal work for research, drafting, and analysis
