Job Summary
Leading a team focused on customer onboarding and due diligence, the full-time US Licensed KYC Compliance Manager will manage KYC operations, handle complex case reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day KYC operations, managing queues, priorities, quality, and turnaround times
- Conduct complex case reviews and escalations, applying risk-based judgment and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Develop and coach the KYC team, setting performance expectations and managing capacity across operations and projects
Required qualifications
- Deep knowledge of US KYC requirements, including customer identification and ongoing due diligence
- Experience leading KYC operations and resolving escalations with documented risk-based decisions
- Proven success in managing and developing teams, including performance coaching and capacity planning
- Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across Product, Engineering, and business teams
- Experience in maintaining policies and procedures, and remediating control gaps and regulatory findings
