Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time remote US Licensed Labor and Employment Counsel will advise on worker classification, employee separations, and compensation agreements while collaborating with executive leadership and managing outside counsel.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on labor and employment practices for a global workforce, including risk mitigation and compliance
- Support employment and labor due diligence for M&A transactions and post-closing workforce integration
- Develop and deliver training on policies and procedures for a successful global workplace
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of legal experience in Employment, Labor, and Executive Compensation issues
- Active license to practice law in at least one US State or eligibility as registered in-house counsel
- Experience with due diligence in acquisitions and post-closing workforce integration
- Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools in legal work
- Broad international Labor and Employment background, including law and drafting
