Job Summary
Leading pharmacovigilance projects remotely, the full-time US Licensed Pharmacovigilance Manager will oversee project delivery, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor teams while contributing to the safe development of new therapies across clinical trial phases.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee pharmacovigilance projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements
- Manage project delivery against quality, timeline, and budget expectations while identifying and escalating risks
- Coach and mentor pharmacovigilance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, nursing, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of global pharmacovigilance experience in pre-approval clinical trials
- At least 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a mentorship or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and clinical trial practices
- Experience with safety databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
